Where you can find Santa this holiday season

You better watch out. You better not cry. You better not pout, I’m telling you why. Santa Claus is coming to Milwaukee! If you’re looking for the places where you can put your paws on the Claus, check out this handy guide.

Christmas in the Ward (Dec. 6) Catalano Square 138 N. Broadway Ave., (414) 273-1173 Come visit Santa in his outdoor gingerbread house. Not only that, but you can grab some tasty cookies, watch the tree lighting ceremony and even take a horse-drawn carriage ride. For further information, click here.

Breakfast with Santa on Journeyman rooftop (Dec. 7) 310 E. Chicago St., 888-536-9008 On Dec. 7 the rooftop on the 9th floor of The Kimpton Journeyman Hotel will be the destination for a variety of merry and bright festivities including photos with Santa, a full breakfast buffet, hot cocoa station, cash bar and a variety of craft stations (including face painting, cookie and ornament decorating and more) to keep kids entertained all day long. Best of all, it takes place in a beautifully decorated winter wonderland complete with white twinkle lights, faux snow, bears, foxes and owls, plus holiday music and movies playing in the background. Tickets are $40 per adult, $20 per child under 12, and free for kids 3 and under and can be purchased online.

Breakfast & Lunch with Santa at the Zoo (Dec. 8-9 and 22-23) Milwaukee County Zoo 10001 W. Blue Mound Rd., (414) 256-5412 If you’re in the mood for Santa with a side of grub, the Milwaukee County Zoo is the perfect place for that. For two weekends, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be hanging around for breakfast and lunch. It’s the perfect time to grab kringle with the Kringles. More information can be found here.

A Very Merry Milwaukee (Dec. 8) Milwaukee County Historical Society 910 N. Old World Third St., (414) 273-8288 The perfect place to grab a picture with Santa and his friend Billie the Brownie. You’ll be able to listen to Mrs. Claus as she shares her famous cookie recipe, write a letter to the man in red and so much more. Admission is complimentary, and you can learn more here.

Santa’s Toy Drive at Lakefront Brewery (Dec. 13) Lakefront Brewery 1872 N. Commerce St., (414) 372-8800 Bring a brand new unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots on Friday, Dec. 13 between 5 and 7 p.m. and stay to have your photo taken (for free) with Santa Claus on the Lakefront patio. Be sure to dress for the weather and bring your camera (to capture your photo with Santa); friendly staff will be available to assist you in getting a great shot. Learn more.

Cocoa With The Clauses (Dec. 14) Cathedral Square Park 520 E. Wells St., (414) 220-4700 Visiting from the North Pole, Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be at Cathedral Square Park to take photos with children as well as hear their Christmas wish lists.
