This Valentine’s Day, party with shovelheads and sweethearts at the Mama Tried Bike Night from 5 to 9 p.m. A Boonie Bike Showdown will light up the track as you rock the night away with ’70s beats curated by True Skool DJ. Wings Caribbean Jerk: The flavors of the Caribbean arrive to Milwaukee in one pound of house wings coated with a combination of cinnamon and spicy seasoning. Cajun: Devour one pound of house wings dry-rubbed in traditional Cajun seasoning and grill-finished for a one-of-a-kind flavor. Sweet Barbecue: One pound of house wings mingle with brown sugar and classic barbecue seasonings to create a sweet, savory flavor.
Sandwiches MOTOR Cuban: MOTOR’s version of the classic Cuban piles ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese and pickle chips on a French roll with a homemade Carolina mustard sauce.
Chicken Avocado Club: For the avocado fans, tear into grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and bacon, finished with a drizzle of homemade ranch dressing and avocado on nine-grain panini bread.
Monster Burger: Pulled pork, barbecue sauce, jicama slaw and onion strings rest atop an eight-ounce, hand-packed patty served on a brioche bun with lettuce and tomato.
