BBQ & Blues
Enjoy all-you-can-eat BBQ and live blues music on Saturday, May 6, 13 and 20. Roll into MOTOR for hickory-smoked BBQ chicken, pulled pork, smoked brisket and grilled sausage for just $29.99. Wing of the Month – Chicken Parmesan Wings
One pound of MOTOR house-made wings are tossed in a smoky house marinara sauce and then coated with shredded parmesan cheese and chiffonade basil.
Burger of the Month – Summer Caprese Burger
Chef Josh hand-packs an 8-oz. burger patty before topping it with lettuce, onion, fresh mozzarella, thick-sliced roma tomato, fresh basil pesto and a balsamic glaze. The burger comes served on a sesame bun with a side of house fries. Be sure to stop by and take a bite on National Hamburger Day, May 28.
Special of the Month – Asian Chop Salad
This salad comes complete with fresh-chopped romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, red and yellow peppers, edamame and is tossed in a sesame soy vinaigrette before being topped with peanut-marinated grilled chicken and crispy wonton strips.
Drink of the Month – Gin Mint
Seriously refreshing, this cocktail features house gin combined with fresh pickled mint, fresh lime juice, lemon sour and ginger beer.
Beer of the Month – Potosi Wee Stein Wit A crisp Belgian-style wheat ale, the Wee Stein Wit offers spiced aromas of orange and coriander.
